Sue Crites is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Instructor and Master Healer. She is one of four Certified Spring Forest Qigong Instructors in Canada, and most recently completed Spring Forest Qigong Level 5 training (the highest training level available). She is passionate about sharing the message that true healing comes through balance within and among body, emotions, and spirit. Sue also writes (see her work on the Huffington Post) and leads Qigong practice groups, workshops, and retreats. Sue’s vision is to help individuals balance and heal – creating space for happiness, connection, and love. Carolynne Melnyk is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader and healer. She is passionate about helping others to reclaim their natural states of health and wellbeing through the balancing of body, mind, and spirit. She blends the Five Elements Theory of Spring Forest Qigong along with intuitive awareness in her healing practice, leads a Spring Forest Qigong practice group in Edmonton, and will soon be opening another SFQ practice group in Sherwood Park. She provides a safe and nurturing environment for healing to take place, and her vision is to help individuals return to a state of health and well-being from the inside out.
