The 2018 Fall Edmonton Woman’s Show is your time to dine EXPO style! Coming to the Culinary Stage is the Edmonton EXPO Centre’s very own executive Chef Jiju Paul! Heading up the EXPO Centre’s culinary team, Jiju delivers expertly prepared, locally sourced foods presented with exceptional service! He will be presenting a dish from their upcoming Festive Menu; details coming soon!

Chef Jiju Paul recently joined The Edmonton Expo Centre with over 16 years of experience in 5 star hotels across Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and India.  He was most recently leading the culinary team at the Fairmont Ajman in the UAE.  In that role he was part of the Emirates Culinary Guild and led the Fairmont Ajman culinary team in culinary competitions.

A little bit more about Jiju Paul:

Jiju was previously a citizen of our great city and a member of the culinary team at the iconic Fairmont Hotel Macdonald.  At the Hotel Macdonald he led the urban Beekeeping program, and was on the front line in developing the farm to table concept with local growers.  While in Edmonton, he was part of the Chefs Association (Canadian Culinary Federation Edmonton Chapter) and worked with NAIT and numerous Edmonton High Schools.  Prior to leaving Edmonton he was also an examiner and external judge for the Chef de Cuisine program.   Chef’s personal interests are centered on his trade and his passion for learning of ingredients or preparation methods associated with other ethnic or regional cuisines, and his appreciation of organic gardening.
