Get in touch with your inner artist this fall!
Join fine artist Andréa Schmidt at an “Intuitive Art” Workshop on Saturday or Sunday. Andréa is a local Edmonton artist who finds inspiration in the beautifully diverse lines of the female body. She is known for creating raw, powerful and confident depictions of women in her richly textured paintings. Who better to help us get in touch with our inner artistic selves??
The theme of the workshops this year is “materials exploration”, and Andréa will be coaching you to get playful and let loose while using texture with paint and found materials. Thanks to DeSerres art supply store in West Edmonton Mall for generously sponsoring all the materials and supplies for our workshop participants!
Workshops will be limited to 24 people per session and registration will be “first come, first serve”! The workshop times are as follows:
