We ‘heart’ cheese – and evidently, so did our visitors! They tasted and learned about the many varieties of delicious Canadian cheese made from 100% Canadian milk at the complimentary cheese seminars throughout the show.
Dairy Farmers of Canada’s cheese experts came to introduce our guests to local cheeses, pairings and more. Seats at the seminar filled up fast, and so did everyone’s bellies!
