The Wildbird General Store was founded in 1989. Originally located in the Strathcona area, the store moved to its current location in 1995. They are a locally owned, independant, family-run business. They are dedicated to promoting their love for nature, in their own backyard and yours. The store supports a broad range of projects, both local and international, focusing on nature conservation and education. They also make every effort to support locally and ethically made products.
The Wildbird General Store will be joining us at the 2015 Spring Edmonton Woman’s Show! They will have clothing, art, books, and all kinds of other products for sale! They also sell birdhouses and other backyard accessories to spruce up your garden.
And, of course, you can speak with their knowledgeable staff who are passionate about birds! (When they’re not working, you may find them banding owls, counting raptors, monitoring bluebirds or leading groups on nature walks.)
